Calibration Weights and Testing Equipment

ACCURATEWT manufactures weights covering nominal values from 1 mg to 10,000 kg, with accuracy classes ranging from E1 to M2 and Class 0 to Class 7, depending on the applicable standard and product type. Standard weight products are manufactured in accordance with the relevant requirements of OIML R 111 or ASTM E617.

The equipment range includes scale calibration devices, weights calibration systems, magnetic susceptibility measurement robots, large-capacity mass comparators and intelligent assisted lifting equipment. Equipment configurations and functions can be tailored to specific application requirements.

Products serve metrology laboratories, industrial weighing, pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing, food production and other sectors where measurement accuracy is essential.

Our experience spans product development, manufacturing, testing, and quality control, enabling us to serve a wide range of metrology and industrial weighing applications.

ACCURATEWT offers a broad range of weights for different accuracy requirements and applications, including OIML and ASTM weights, precision weights, and large-capacity industrial weights. Our product portfolio also includes weights accessories and equipment used in calibration, testing, and measurement applications. From laboratory applications to industrial weighing, we help customers identify suitable products based on their required capacity, accuracy class, applicable standards, and intended use.

OEM & ODM Capability

We offer OEM and ODM services for customers with specific product or application requirements. Depending on the project, customization may cover product dimensions, materials, structural design, capacity, or equipment configuration. Our team works with customers to review technical specifications and confirm the feasibility of customized solutions before production.

Quality Assurance and Third-Party Calibration Support

Quality is at the core of everything we do. Our weights are manufactured to meet OIML R 111 requirements where applicable. We are not an accredited calibration laboratory. Upon request, we can arrange calibration or verification through qualified third-party metrology institutes on a paid basis. Calibration certificates are issued by the metrology institute, not by ACCURATEWT.
