Calibration Weight Ordering Questions

Answers about ordering, packaging, quality control and documentation.

ACCURATE WEIGHT has a quality department for product testing and inspection, and uses Mettler Toledo balances and comparators in its weight testing process.

Factory documentation is provided according to the product specification. Paid third-party calibration or verification can be arranged on request. Certificates are issued by the metrology institute, not by ACCURATE WEIGHT. Cost depends on the class, nominal values, quantity and required service.

Under normal circumstances, we will reply to your inquiry within 24 hours.
We use Mettler Toledo comparators & scales to test. Model includes: XP6U, XP56, XP205, XP505, XP5004, XP26003.

The source FAQ lists many stainless steel weights as stock items that are re-tested before delivery. Cast iron products may require production. The current stock position, testing requirements and delivery schedule are confirmed for your order.
